We want you and your pet to love your purchase. If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@mypetpivot.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Refund eligibility:

  • Refunds are only available for items damaged during transit or defective upon arrival.

  • Refunds or replacements are not available for reasons such as shipping delays, buyer’s remorse, or incorrect use of the product.

  • To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, a refund or replacement will be processed within 5–10 business days.
