We want you and your pet to love your purchase. If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@mypetpivot.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Refund eligibility:
Refunds are only available for items damaged during transit or defective upon arrival.
Refunds or replacements are not available for reasons such as shipping delays, buyer’s remorse, or incorrect use of the product.
To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Once your return is approved, a refund or replacement will be processed within 5–10 business days.
